Returns Policy
Refund policy

- We do not accept returns for underwear, socks, flasks or headwear for hygiene reasons
- Item(s) were purchased directly from runrun.com.au or from a RunRun stall at an event
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days, and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) are in original, undamaged packaging
RETURN ONLINE
RunRun does not offer online exchanges, only returns. If you place another order for a different size or colour we will refund the shipping costs of your original order so you're not out of pocket for shipping twice.
Please email matty@runrun.com.au with the following data:
- Product
- Reason for return
- When the product was purchased
We will then let you know where to return the item.
Apparel must be protected by a satchel or similar. Please do NOT drop it in a street-side post box as they are less reliable. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition, refunds will be issued automatically via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, with additional time possible over weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct online exchanges.
If you got the size or colour wrong and would like a different product, please organise a return and send your item back to us for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
