Runner on a mountain trail beside a lake

Chafe ends here.

Anti-chafe, anti-blister and trail gear tested over thousands of ultra kilometres by an actual ultra runner — not a marketing department. If it's on this site, I run in it.

About RunRun

RunRun is one ultra runner's answer to gear that quits early.

After years in the medical world and a decade dreaming about this, I built RunRun to stock only what I personally run in, sweat in, and swear by. No filler brands. No junk. If it's here, it's survived my training log.
